The Advanced Transmission Electron Microscopy (ATEM) group was found about one and a half years ago as part of the Research Center Future Energy Materials and Systems (RC FEMS) and the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy at Ruhr University Bochum. Since its founding, the ATEM group has contributed to atomic scale materials characterization and discovery of novel energy and quantum materials. Over the past one and a half years, the group has grown from a single member to currently about 15 members.

And finally the ATEM group also has its own webpage! With the launch of our new website, we look forward to sharing updates on our research, posting news, and advertising open positions within the group.
